The Manuel Aragón Winery obtains excellent scores in the Peñín Guide 2022
The Peñín Guide has rated several wines from Bodega Manuel Aragón very positively in its 2022 edition. A tour of the different appellations of origin and their respective wineries, where the Marco de Jerez continues to garner recognition. In fact, the Manuel Aragón winery, included in this denomination, garners a good number of distinctions according to this renowned guide. Specifically, the Fino Granero en Rama has been evaluated, which has been awarded 94 points, Pedro Ximenez 91 points, Oloroso Premium 97 points, Palo Cortado 96 points and Amontillado Premium 94 points. The Fino Granero en Rama stands out, in addition to its high score, it has obtained 5 stars in relation to quality and price. And all, at a time when Bodega Manuel Aragón has recently unveiled three different wines but with a common link: quality and the most Chiclana hallmarks of identity. This is the case of “Campano”, a red wine that receives the name of the estate in which the production facilities of the Manuel Aragón Winery are located, which includes vineyards, a winery with fermentation facilities, and storage and maturation casks. Added to this is “Hoyo Membrillo”, a blend or Cabeceo wine that is one of the latest products from the winery, although the wines from which it comes come from old soleras, specifically from Oloroso Viejo with a small proportion of Pedro Ximénez. . And finally, “Señorío de Galdón”, a commitment to semi-sweet wines that are currently so successful and that, served very cold, pair perfectly with all types of dishes. And this philosophy of naming new wines with references to the land serves to continue the tradition of this more than century-old artisanal winery of remembering in the names of its wines the place and the people who are important in the process that gives place to wines.
