Tour of one of our vineyards and explanation of the viticulture of the Jerez region, following the production area - destemming, pressing and fermentation -. We continue with the visit to the Fino wine solera where we will talk about biological aging and the criaderas and solera system. From there we will go to the oxidative aging warehouse – Palo Cortado, Oloroso, Amontillado, Moscatel… Finally, a tasting of 4 wines will be served (Fino Granero, Cream Arrumbaó, Moscatel Gloria and Artisanal Vermouth) accompanied by paired tapas typical of the area.
