The name of this wine, Hoyo Membrillo, recalls the area once known as this in the City of Chiclana where our main winery is located, located on Olivo Street. By choosing this name, the owners of Bodega Manuel Aragón want to continue the tradition established by their ancestors of paying tribute to the city from which both they and their century-old winery, founded in the 19th century, originate. This blend or Cabeceo wine is one of the latest products from our winery, although the wines from which it comes come from old soleras, specifically from Oloroso Viejo with a small proportion of Pedro Ximénez. The result is a delight for the palate.
