TASTING NOTES
VISUAL PHASE: Wine of intense mahogany color, with a dense appearance and wide tears.
OLFACTORY PHASE: The characteristic varietal notes of the Muscat grape stand out, with floral aromas of jasmine, orange blossom and honeysuckle; as well as citrus notes of lime or grapefruit, and aromas of vanilla, dried apricots and prunes can also be appreciated along with other sweet notes.
GUSTATIVE PHASE: On the palate it presents a fresh sweetness, highlighting the varietal and floral flavors with a slightly dry and bitter finish.
PAIRING: Ideal to combine with all types of pastries and not excessively sweet desserts based on fruits and ice cream.
SERVING TEMPERATURE: 16º to 18º C. Use a glass of white wine.

This Muscat is a type of natural sweet wine obtained from a single type of grape, the Muscat of Alexandria. The must, rich in sugar as it comes from very ripe grapes, is only partially fermented in order to maintain most of the original sweetness, subsequently aging in oak wood with an average age of 8 years, the aging is oxidative.
Moscatel is one of the grapes with the greatest aromatic personality. The muscatel grape vineyards are located near the beach, on sandy terrain, with a great influence of the sea.
